The Beginning
Founded in the early 1990s in St Francis Bay, South Africa, St Francis Marine was established by passionate boatbuilder Duncan Lethbridge. Our goal was to craft durable, comfortable bluewater catamarans capable of withstanding the world’s toughest oceans. The launch of the original St Francis 44 in 1991 marked the start of our journey towards excellence in yacht building.
